Replacement Parts & Reverse Engineering for Plastic Components

Start with the evidence you have: photos, approximate dimensions, a broken part, a physical sample, or an existing file. We will review whether the component can be recreated responsibly.

Capabilities

A practical path for unavailable plastic parts

The best candidates have geometry and use conditions that can be inspected and validated. Critical safety requirements or certifications change what can be accepted.

Covers, clips, and guides

Recreate protective, locating, or retention components when the original plastic piece is damaged or no longer available.

Brackets and adapters

Build around the measured interfaces, fasteners, clearances, and loads that matter to the installation.

Knobs and control components

Reproduce accessible non-safety-critical geometry, including bore, shaft interface, grip, and labeling constraints where practical.

Enclosures and discontinued components

Translate an existing housing or sample into a controlled CAD revision that can be tested, adjusted, and later re-quoted.

We do not accept weapons or weapon components, implants, safety-critical automotive parts, brake or steering components, or certified structural components without a separate formal agreement.
Workflow

From sample or photos to a tested replacement

Fit is verified before the final part or batch. The amount of measurement and CAD work depends on the geometry and the quality of the reference information.

  1. Step 01

    Send the reference

Provide photos, dimensions, an existing file, or arrange review of the physical sample.

  2. Step 02

    Evaluate the part

Review its function, interfaces, operating conditions, failure risk, and whether the project is acceptable.

  3. Step 03

    Create and test CAD

Model the part, produce a test, and use fit feedback to create a controlled revision when needed.

  4. Step 04

    Approve the final work

After fit confirmation, quote and produce the final part or reviewed quantity against the approved revision.

Start a project

Show us the part that needs to exist again

Photos and approximate dimensions are enough to start the review. If a physical sample is needed, we will coordinate that after the initial request.
