Information we collect
We may collect the contact and project information you provide, including your name, email, optional phone and company, delivery ZIP code, requested quantity and date, intended use, descriptions, and fulfillment preference. Project uploads may include CAD files, photographs, drawings, and archives.
The site may also record the landing page, referrer, UTM parameters, GCLID, request time, and limited security logs such as an IP address. Analytics only loads according to the consent configuration presented on the site. We do not ask you to place sensitive personal information in a project description.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate manufacturability, prepare and revise quotes, communicate about a project, collect authorized payments, arrange pickup or shipping, produce approved parts, support repeat orders, prevent abuse, and maintain business and tax records.
Campaign attribution may be associated with a request so qualified leads and paid work can be measured. A page view alone is not treated by this application as a completed quote conversion.
Files, confidentiality, and sharing
Customer files are treated as private production inputs. They are not published, listed for sale, or used in a portfolio without separate permission. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to evaluate or fulfill the request. An NDA can be considered before detailed files are shared.
Service providers may process data for hosting, private storage, email, payments, analytics, shipping, or professional services under their own contractual and security obligations. We do not sell customer project files or contact information.
Retention and deletion requests
Quote records, accepted specifications, payment records, and files needed for a repeatable part may be retained for the documented business, legal, and reorder period. The production retention period must be approved in the launch configuration before this policy is finalized. Backups may retain deleted material for a limited recovery cycle.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the published business contact. We will verify the request and may retain records that are required for tax, payment, dispute, safety, or contractual purposes. If deletion prevents a future reorder, we will explain that consequence before completing it.
Security and changes
The service uses private file routes, unpredictable storage keys, server-side validation, access controls, and provider security features. No system can promise absolute security. Please notify us promptly if you believe a file or account has been exposed.
This policy may change as providers and operations are finalized. A material update will carry a new effective date. Final business identity and privacy contact details must be inserted before launch.
